We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for most events, and 3–6 months ahead for weddings. Peak season (October–April) fills up quickly, so the earlier the better to secure your date.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking.

Our team typically arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time to set up. Breakdown takes approximately 30–45 minutes after the event ends. Both setup and breakdown are included in every package at no extra charge.

Yes, we are fully insured with general liability coverage. We can provide a certificate of insurance to your venue upon request — simply let us know when you book.

Our Luxe Essentials package starts at 3 hours, which is ideal for most events. The Luxe Signature package covers 4 hours, and our Elite package is fully customized to your event's needs.

Yes, with some conditions. Outdoor setups require a covered or shaded area to protect the equipment from direct sunlight and rain. We'll work with your venue coordinator to find the best placement.
